Delivery is FREE for all of Zone 1 which includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. Zone 2 is charged at £6.60 which includes The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Zone 3 is charged at £11.00 which includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24hrs and we use ParcelForce for deliveries to your door. You can also specify an alternative (ie, work) delivery address or a safe place to leave the parcel at home

Yes. All orders are tracked by Parcelforce. If you require any assistance to track a scheduled delivery please contact our orders team. We can deliver at the weekend but there is an additional cost for this service. Orders placed during the week will be processed to arrive the next working day.

Yes - but it really is very easy! All Balance Bikes are delivered 80% assembled and do require some very basic self-assembly. No need to worry, there are step by step assembly instructions included with your Balance Bike. If you need any help then contact our Customer Service Team

Yes. Just go to our Parts Shop for a full range of spares.

Yes - provided the inside leg measurement of your child corresponds to the lowest height of the saddle so that their feet can touch the floor whilst sitting on the bike.

Yes. Our Balance Bikes have 24-month warranty (excluding some more perishable items such as inner tubes etc), under the terms of normal wear and tear. Please contact our technical Team to discuss any potential warranty issues.

Yes - all of our Balance Bikes have height adjustable seats. Check the technical specifications of the balance bike you are interested in for more details.
