Maria - Managing Director I’ll never forget the first time I saw my 2yr old son, Sam, riding his Balance Bike. He loved it so much that he actually took it to bed with him for a week! We quickly recognised the benefits of Balance Bikes for young children and saw the potential to launch Balance Bikes into the UK market.

The rest, as they say, is history. Our business has gone from strength to strength over recent years and our new web-site is the latest stage in our development and reflects the rapid growth in popularity of Balance Bikes across the UK.

Steve - Sales Director Having ridden more miles on a bike than I can possibly remember and competing in cycling events and triathlons all over the world, I’m hugely passionate about the wide range of benefits that cycling can offer kids.

A bicycle is the first real taste of ‘freedom’ for children and cycling has enormous developmental, health, environmental and social benefits and as such, I believe we are all obliged to get kids cycling as early as possible. Balance Bikes are proven to help get kids riding from the earliest possible age and millions kids all over the world love them! Interestingly, the first ever bicycle actually was a Balance Bike and was invented by Baron Von Drais in 1817 affectionately known as the ‘Hobby Horse’!

Russell - Customer Services Manager Having worked in the industry for some time now, what I love about our Balance Bikes is that they are so simple in both idea and design.

Balance Bikes are extremely easy to assemble and their lack of moving parts and oily chains means there are very few problems with them. If there is a problem it is usually fixable within a very short time. Our current range of Balance Bikes are of an exceptional quality and have been successfully selling all over Europe for many years and are enjoyed by millions of young kids. I also enjoy being involved in the research and development of new products and our most recent designs are the result of extensive work with a German University to produce a new range of uniquely ergonomic Balance Bikes for the UK market.

The success of our Balanceability course, and the key to teaching kids how to ride bikes, is all down to the speed that children develop confidence from riding Balance Bikes that are specifically designed for that purpose. In my experience, our Balance Bikes are the most versatile and affordable in the UK market and have always been enjoyed by every child that has attended our activity courses.

We loved our first balance bikes so much and rode them all the time and everywhere that Mummy and Daddy took us because they are really easy to carry and put in the car. We always have great fun on them and even now that we can both ride pedal bikes we still love to play on our Balance Bikes.

We think that the bikes that Mummy and Daddy sell are the best in the world and don’t think that you should buy bikes from anyone else.
